Incorporating the conservation and refurbishment of the Chapel to provide a modern energy efficient lighting scheme in preparation for the College’s quincentenary.

Due to the historic nature of the building the works we appointed a conservation specialist, Cliveden, with a number of associated specialist tradespeople to carry out the works to the highest standards.

Construction included plaster repairs, cleaning of all timber surfaces, bosses, polychrome & gilded ceiling ribs, choir stalls and the organ; repairs to the flooring; relocation and refurbishment of a historic brass monument; construction of a timber store cupboard by Kingerlee joinery; installation of lighting and controls throughout the chapel; repairs to decorative timber screens and panels and repair to stone monuments.
