We are delighted to have recently commenced the demolition and re-development of the Ruskin School of Art in Oxford.

The new art school has been procured under a two stage design and build contract working alongside Spratley Studios for the Oxford University.

Located on a challenging site with numerous party walls and difficult site access. The new bespoke building utilises a piled foundation solution and structural steel/composite frame to accommodate the fast track programme.

The design has been developed around the clients drive for useable and practical  art space and includes studios, workshops, project space, media lab, offices and seminar rooms.

The fenestration to the front elevation provides a modern and refreshing image with back lit glazing, composite cladding and high quality brickwork.
