We are proud to announce that an exciting new project has been awarded to us in collaboration with Kellogg College, University of Oxford and Hertford College, University of Oxford in North Oxford.
This joint venture between the two colleges will deliver 6 new student accommodation units. The project provides a rare opportunity to enhance the provision of the existing site with a scheme that is heavily inspired and enriched by the neighbouring North Oxford Victorian Suburb Conservation Area.
The proposed development provides the Colleges with a valuable chance to unify a varied set of buildings and functions through the implementation of a landscape-led design. The buildings have been carefully arranged across the site to be sympathetic to the scale and characteristics of the existing context of tall brick villas and mature trees.
We are looking forward to developing the design and working with University of Oxford Estates Services, ADP Architecture, etch Associates, AKSWard Limited, Nicholsons, CPC Project Services, Gleeds, Bureau Veritas and Plan Design to deliver this special project.
