Kingerlee Special Projects renovated a once unused attic area into an expansive living space, completed to the highest standard for a private client in Oxfordshire.
The team transformed the space into 3 impressive bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and a spacious living area. To maximise space in each of the new rooms, all of the existing dormer windows were demolished to enlarge the structural openings to suit the new larger sash windows.
M&E systems were installed in the newly renovated area, including underfloor heating to both bathrooms and high-quality sanitaryware and fittings. Bespoke joinery supplied and installed by SB Joinery included fitted wardrobes, bookshelves and 2 trundle beds. High-quality furnishings were installed to enhance the aesthetic of the converted attic.
