Situated in the picturesque south-west region of Wokingham, Kingerele undertook a project for Sand Martins Golf Club. This project involved the construction of a portal steel maintenance building designed to house the grounds staff and their equipment. Centrally located, a new car park was also developed to enhance accessibility and convenience for members and staff.

Additionally, the project included the creation of a greenkeepers’ compound, equipped with essential facilities such as water storage tanks and pumps, wastewater storage, and dedicated areas for fuel, chemical storage, and composting. These enhancements supported the club’s commitment to maintaining its beautiful grounds and ensuring efficient operations.
